What this site collects

Almost nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party requests. We sell evidence integrity; running surveillance on the brochure would be a poor advertisement for it.

This website

  • No cookies and no browser storage. Nothing is written to your device, so there is no consent banner to click.
  • No analytics or advertising. No page-view tracking, no fingerprinting, no pixels.
  • No third-party requests. Every font, image and stylesheet is served from this domain. Your browser contacts nobody else while reading this page.

What our host sees

The site is served by Cloudflare, acting for us. To deliver a page and to defend the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes the usual request metadata, including your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string. We do not build profiles from it and we do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us

The buttons on this site open your own mail application. Nothing is submitted through a form and no message passes through this website. When you email us we receive your address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply and to follow up about a pilot. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list you did not ask for.

Ask us to delete our correspondence with you at any time and we will, other than anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

The product is separate

This page covers the website only. The enTrail product processes whatever events a customer chooses to send it, under a separate agreement and, for hosted deployments, a data processing addendum naming the subprocessors involved. Those documents come with an order or a pilot. Ask and we will send them.

If you find something on this page that is not true of the site as shipped, tell us. The claim we make about our own product is that you should be able to check it rather than believe it, and that applies here too.
